Avoiding Mergers- avoid border merger

This photo is a good example of avoiding mergers because of the building is cutting off the mess of building in the water.

Simplicity

This is a good photo for simplicity because it has a plane background and the letter's for 911 is the main subject of the photo.

rule of thirds

This is a good picture for rule of thirds because the man is walking a path and the path is being shown.

Framing

This is good a picture of framing because the car of the window is making a frame of the marine in the car.

Balance

This is a good example of balance because the two people looking over the bridge and the dude taking the photo of them their in a triangle making a good balance of the picture.

Lines

This is a good example of lines because the building has lines and the person falling is the main subject of the picture.

Unusual and interesting photos

 Part 1
1.) It was different, very unique.  I like how it messes with your mind with the tree picture in there.
2.) Maybe he did this by the effects on the computer to change the pictures affect.
3.) The Texas tower in Austin, by the university of Texas and yes you could get easy access.

My favorite.

Part 2

1. Because the horn is going into the eye.
2. Sports action.
3. He got 2nd place.
4. I like how the photographer got in the perfect place to get the horn going in to his head though out his eye.
5. That must be really painful, but I really nice photo too.
6.  I think he was going to take the picture when the bull was going to hit then men instead he go a horn going in to a skull.

1. I choice this photo because a lot of houses about to get destroyed by this big wave.
2.  Natural disaster
3.  1st place
4.  I like how he got a view of bunch of houses and the waves are coming in to destroy everything.
5.  That is is a very sad touching photo.
6.  the photographer would had to be standing in a tower to get this view or a tall building.

Part 3
1. A.)Four things every photographer should know how to do: take a photo of a reflection, take a photo of a hand, take a photo of him/herself, and take a photo showing perspective. B.)As has been said before, that smile says a lot about the connection between the painter and the subject. C.)Being able to capture a story telling expression is an awesome skill to have as a photographer.

4.  Yeah.
5.  The chalk art influence me .

National Geographic photos and Ethics in Photography

well this is my favorite photo because I like how that tornado is just in the middle destroying stuff. While the purple and orange lighting  are just going straight into the tornado. Just make this a deadly weapon.

I would take this photo into the photo competition.

Summary: Well the photographers are editing the original copies of the picture and newspaper company's are faring them.  They don't like publishing fake information  into their daily newspaper. Many news paper people use photo shop to edited their pictures and they well do a not a good job at it and they would get caught.

B. Explain why you think this type of photo editing is unethical or acceptable.
I think this type of photo editing is unethical cause its not the real info.

This is unethical because of the teeth, you see in the left that the teeth are all perfect and then the right her teeth look nasty. This is defiantly unethical.

They say this picture is unethical because oprah is using another body, but really it does look ethical. How do we know if that's her real body, but really who cares .

Touching people

1). Well I think its kinda weird with all these people that look strange in the picture and like their hugging weirdly.
2). I would be like what's the photo for? Your not like stalker killer or anything like that. If they gave me a reason, I would have thought of being their picture.
3). I would have cat licking a dogs nose photo shot, that would just be strange and like have cats beating up a dog.
4). Their good photos, but like their just different and weird photo shot.

40 greastest photo taken

The kid giving the heart balloon to the officer made me pick this photo.  I like how serious this moment is and just little kid just giving the officer the heart balloon. It caught my attention.

This photo caught my attention by how the girl don't look scared of the officers, while the officers are pointing the gun at her. The photographer had a good angle.

Even cops get arrested, this why i like this photo..

Single-lens_reflex_camera

An image sensor is a device that converts an optical image into an electronic signal.
A simple leaf shutter is a type of camera shutter consisting of a mechanism with one or more pivoting metal leaves which normally does not allow light through the lens onto the film, but which when triggered opens the shutter by moving the leaves to uncover the lens for the required time to make an exposure, then shuts.
A beam splitter is an optical device that splits a beam of light in two.
CMOS sensor are to capture images which can be transferred or stored in a memory card or other storage inside the camera for later playback or processing.
aperture- is a hole or an opening through which light travels. More specifically, the aperture of an optical system is the opening that determines the cone angle of a bundle of rays that come to a focus in the image plane.
shutter- is a device that allows light to pass for a determined period of time, for the purpose of exposing photographic film or a light-sensitive electronic sensor to light to capture a permanent image of a scene.
exposure- is the amount of light allowed to fall on each area unit of a photographic medium during the process of taking a photograph.
depth of field-is the distance between the nearest and farthest objects in a scene that appear acceptably sharp in an image.
F-stop
focal length
of an optical system is a measure of how strongly the system converges or diverges light.

Camera History and Information ..0.0

1. The camera obscura was made from a philosopher to make a small hole threw a wall and have a the light focus threw the hole. It made the scene on the other wall appear upside down.  I was the first camera.
2. Lenses and optics were the next step closer to the modern camera. Isaac Newton and Christian Huygens figured this out.
3. It was glass lens, dark box, and a film.
4.The digital camera is common to the modern camera because the light passes thought the lens and it uses the film.
5.  The digital camera use to catch a Image is an electronic sensor called CCD.

6. Auto mode will completely control flash and exposure and Program mode is automatic assist, just point and shoot.
7. Portrait mode is to attempt to blur out the background, camera will try to use the fastest available lens setting.
 8. Sports modes is to freeze motion and  camera will use the highest shutter speed possible.
 The half press
9. You should half press the trigger button is because it focus locked the image and then you take the shot.
10. Its disable flash and its mood of the photograph can sometimes be more dramatic when the natural light is used.
 11. Its Auto-flash and it enabled by default and will automatically fire if the camera thinks it needs more light.
 12. If too much light the picture will be washed out.
13. If not enough light and the picture will be too dark.
14. Stop is used in every aspect of photography to represent a relative change in the brightness of light.
 15. Their is only 1 stop brighter.
16. Their would only be 2 stop brighter.
17. A longer shutter speeds have more light.
18. A shorter shutter speeds have less light.
19. The aperture is like a pupil. You can control the aperture by setting the Aperture Opening.
20.Get more amount of light when more expose of the shutter stays open longer.

First day photo's !!!

I like this photo because they are both laughing.  The side view makes the photo look good. And what I did is put it on a table so I can get a good steady picture..

I kinda dislike this photo because I don't know its plane and he's just behind a white screen. Their no action or nothing. I could of made this picture better if I ask to move around a little and got them both doing something to make the photo more better...

Welcome to my blog... *.*
